Joe Lancia is the prior CEO of D&W Fine Pack, a $320 million packaging company with over $50 EBITDA, over 2 million square feet of manufacturing and distribution space in five states, and 1,500 employees.
Mr. Lancia possesses expertise in a wide range of manufacturing and distribution industries—including consumer products, packaging, food service, electrical, metal fabrication, and electronics industries—along with a wealth of experience in establishing strategies for the integration, implementation and restructuring/redirection of businesses. Having completed and managed 14 deals outside of the US, Joe has a wealth of international experience. Joe’s unique ability to analyze financial data has allowed him to pinpoint potential weak areas and develop action plans.
